Digital Audio Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing RnBeat Craft. Because our products are digital assets delivered via  Internet download, we generally operate a Final Sale policy. Please review the terms below carefully.

1. General Refund Policy

All sales of digital products, including backing tracks, instrumental recreations, and audio stems, are considered final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered to your account. Because digital files cannot be "returned," the value is considered consumed immediately upon delivery.

2. Technical Issues & Defective Files

We are committed to providing high-quality audio. If you experience technical difficulties, we will assist you under the following conditions:

  • Corrupt Files: If a file fails to download completely or is corrupted, we will provide a new download link or an alternative delivery method.

​

  • Verifiable Defects: If there is a verifiable technical error in the audio (such as unintended digital artifacts or missing sections), please report it within 7 days of purchase.

​

  • Replacement: In these cases, our primary resolution is to provide a corrected version of the file.

Important: We do not offer refunds for "Buyer’s Remorse." This includes purchasing the wrong track by mistake or deciding the track does not fit your project after the download has occurred. We provide audio previews on our store to help you make informed decisions before you buy.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same track multiple times in a single transaction, please contact us with your order details. We will issue a refund for the duplicate charge or provide store credit for an equivalent item.

4. Digital Rights & Withdrawal

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) expires the moment the digital download begins, as per standard international digital commerce regulations.
